PracticeLedger provides bookkeeping and related financial organization services for therapy and healthcare private practice owners. Specific service details are outlined in your service agreement or proposal.

2. Client Responsibilities

• Provide accurate and complete information in a timely manner.

• Respond to requests for additional documentation or clarification.

• Maintain necessary records for compliance and auditing purposes.
  
  

3. Fees & Payment

• Services are billed at the flat monthly rate specified in your agreement.

• Payment is due in advance each month unless otherwise agreed in writing.

• Late or missed payments may result in suspension of services.
  
  

4. Confidentiality

We maintain strict confidentiality regarding all client information and financial records.

5. Limitation of Liability

While we strive for accuracy, PracticeLedger is not responsible for losses arising from inaccurate, incomplete, or untimely information provided by the client.

6. Termination

Either party may terminate services with written notice according to the terms in the service agreement.

7. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of RI.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Updates will be posted on our website with a revised effective date.
